During Our Renovation: Our Grand Lobby will be closed until October 11, 2024. Since our Grand Lobby houses our check-in area, for the safety of our guests while construction is ongoing, we will be temporarily relocating our check-in desks to the Conference Center. Upon Arrival: In the parking lot, please follow signs to Conference Center and enter through its main entrance. From Friday-Sunday, we will have a complimentary shuttle available for those who cannot find parking near the Conference Center and have to park in the main parking lot. See the map for details.
Even More Family Fun: To make up for the inconvenience, we’re adding more complimentary family entertainment during renovations, including additional Yoga Tails, Epic Story Time, Character Appearances, and our signature Dance Party. We also have two brand-new attractions open at the lodge: Ten Paw Alley bowling and The Virtual Frontier, a VR adventure for the whole pack.

Use your wristband to pay. Psst: it’s also your water park pass & room key! (The chip on your wristband is located under the paw. Be sure to wear it on your left wrist as you will need to scan it to enter and exit the parking lot.)
Your suite will be ready at 4pm
But your pack can check in and begin the fun anytime on your arrival day. (Pro-tip: If arriving before 4pm, leave big bags in your vehicle. Bring swimsuits for the water park and closed-toed shoes for some of our Adventure Park activities. *Please note that no outside food or drink can be brought into the water park.*
When you check-in
Have your photo I.D. and the credit or debit card you used to book your reservation ready.
A $100 per night authorization hold for incidentals will be placed on your debit or credit card. Unused funds will be released upon checkout based on your bank’s terms.
Our lodge is cashless, so be prepared with a credit or debit card or set up your lodge wristband to make purchases.
Attention Day Pass guests
You can pick up your water park passes at the guest registration.
For guests staying two or more nights
Housekeeping is available for room attention, including tidying up bed linens, restocking fresh coffee and towels, and emptying the trash. Contact Guest Services to arrange for this service.
Finding your room
Elevators are located in the center of the building when facing the Front Desk. The first number in your room number is also your floor (e.g. suite 327 is on the third floor). Suite numbers starting with 1 are located on the ground floor.

Complimentary wolf ears for guests 12 and under can be picked up in Buckhorn Emporium Gift Shop.
