We established our Paw Pledge program to promote the health, safety and wellbeing of our guests, pack members and community.  The Paw Pledge protocols put into place during the pandemic have helped us provide a healthy and safe environment while families play together at our resort.  We continuously monitor pandemic conditions, and will consider updates to our policies based off the latest guidance from federal, state and local health experts.  At our resorts, you will discover:

Face Coverings

In accordance with recent CDC guidelines, face coverings are not required at our U.S. resorts.  Guests who wish to wear a face covering are encouraged to do so, and we recommend guests not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to consider wearing a face covering during their visit.

Hygiene

We have placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the resort for your convenience, and encourage frequent and through hand washing.

Sanitization

In collaboration with disinfection experts from Procter & Gamble, we established new standards for cleaning and sanitizing our guest rooms to ensure a CleanPLUS experience.   

 

Please postpone your visit if anyone in your party recently experienced a fever, ailment, or any symptoms consistent with COVID-19. We have options available for guests who need to change their reservation due to family illness, so please err on the side of caution if someone’s health status is questionable and stay home. Guests visiting the resort acknowledge there is an inherent risk in exposure to COVID-19 in any public venue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will anyone in my family be required to wear a face mask?

In accordance with recent CDC guidance, face coverings are no longer required at our resort.   This applies to all guests.

Are your employees wearing face coverings?

Our pack members are allowed to follow the updated CDC guidance which makes face coverings optional, unless there are state/local guidelines that requires employees to wear face masks.  

Do I need to complete a wellness questionnaire prior to arrival?

No, we trust our guests to postpone their visit if anyone in their party recently experienced a fever, ailment, or any symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
