What is Howl-O-Ween?

Howl-O-Ween is Great Wolf Lodge’s annual Halloween celebration, where the lodge transforms into a spook-tacular treat-filled experience filled with games, crafts, and special events that only happen during the month of October.

What activities are included during Howl-O-Ween?

During Howl-O-Ween, your family can participate in the following free activities as part of your stay: Trick-or-treat trail for kids with free treats provided by Ferrera Candy, Monster Bash Dance Party, Howl-O-Ween Spooktacular singalong, A variety of Halloween-themed games like Bingo and Trivia, Customized Halloween arts and crafts, and more

What treats do kids receive on the Trick-or-Treat Trail?

This year's Trick-Or-Treat Trail is sponsored by Ferrera Candy, so it will include a variety of their most popular brands, including Nerds, Jelly Belly, Laffy Taffy, Trolli gummies, Lemonheads, SweetTarts, and more.

Is there an additional cost for these activities?

No — all of our Howl-O-Ween special events and activities are included with your stay.

Are costumes required?

Not at all, but we encourage families to bring their Halloween costumes to the celebration.

No. All these activities are included with your reservation, but certain events happen at set times, so check the in-lodge activities upon arrival to plan your family time in advance.
